Vivesa holding s.r.o. is the parent company of a group which holds ownership interests in individual subsidiaries – IMCoPharma a.s., mcePharma s.r.o., Vivesa Property I. s.r.o., Vivesa Property III. s.r.o. and Vivesa investment s.r.o. The company itself does not pursue commercial activities, but rather asserts its strategic objectives through its ownership interests. By way of its subsidiaries, it focuses on investment and development in the following areas:
- Transfer of pharmaceutical technologies, drugs and active ingredients.
- Services and solutions in Stachovice HUB for companies interested in development, production, warehousing, or logistics in the pharmaceutical, food, and veterinary industries.
- Development, production and sale of innovative products – food supplements and feed supplements.

mcePharma is a Czech company that focuses on the development and production of advanced food supplements. They are user-friendly thanks to their oral dosage forms, such as orally dispersible tablets, orally dispersible powders, and instant drinks.
The company also specialises in the development and production of innovative pet supplements.
It offers completely customised development and contract manufacturing of powders, sachets, sticks, and tablets, from product design to production.
All developed products are supported by scientific studies that prove their high efficiency and bioavailability. Patent applications for technological processing of curcumin, used in several formulations, are pending in the EU, US, and Canada.
Advanced research and development processes are conducted in cooperation with prestigious research institutes and universities in the Czech Republic.
Quality management is essential: the company holds an ISO 22000:2005 certification, the registration for food production and certification of good distribution practices (GDP).

VITALO manufaktura s.r.o. is a Czech company focused on the production of handmade chocolate made from unroasted cocoa beans and cocoa butter.
The assortment of products includes smooth chocolate bars, truffles, chocolate plates, cakes, and desserts. The company is currently focusing on a product line of functional chocolates containing superfoods and active ingredients. All chocolate is made in chocolate factory in Bilovec, not far from Ostrava. In the manufacturing process, the company cooperates with the mcePharma development centre that focuses on developing innovative food supplements and functional foods.
Chocolaterie and café, located in the OC FORUM Nova Karolina shopping centre in Ostrava, where customers can enjoy products from VITALO manufaktura – functional chocolates, truffles, desserts, and cakes, along with select doubleshot coffee.
